REPORT
from video conference meeting of the Organizing Committee of the 7th festival "Days of E-medica 2013"


Held on: Friday, September 13, 2013 from 14.00 to 16.00 houri
 

Online: Edin Kadić, Zlatica Šimunović, Verica Elveđi, (op: Anita Mišković i Šoša Ruzarijo)

   Conclusions from videoconferences of Organizing Committee of the 7th festival "Days of E-medica 2013" (Medical school Ante Kuzmanića Zadar, School of Nursing and School Vrapče for nurses Mlinarska) are as follows:

  1. Division of labor in the organization 7th The Festival "Days of E-medica", 8 to 10 November 2013 in Terme Tuhelj:

    • Due to the departure of Antonela to Agency Edin Kadic over video conferencing;

    • Verica Elveđi continues to work on the organization of maintenance activities during the Festival E-medica;

    • Zlatica Šimunović monitor the application and implementation of projects;

    • Natalija Šnidarić takes leading a student exchange projects.

  2. It was agreed that we announce this poster with data from all school coordinators E-medica, which is necessary to send a photo, name coordinator, phone and mail to mail e-kadic@medskolazd.hr

  3. School coordinators will again report yourself, your project managers and mentors in projects in the system VETIS.

  4. It was agreed that all teachers who want to maintain their courses for teachers at this year's festival, the organizing committee sent lectures insight ended 01 October 2013. All lectures will be reviewed and approved by the organizing committee, and prepare to make the main topic of training modern approach to teaching (modern pedagogical and methodical performance classes, classes geared to students, ways of monitoring and evaluating the students). Their works to send mail verica-elvedji@medskolazd.hr

  5. Schools that wish to present their school on the first day of the Festival of your presentation (ppt, movies) can be mailed on a CD or e-mail e-kadic@medskolazd.hr ended  October 15, 2013.
    Please note that schools participate for the first time and have to be presented 10 minutes of presentation, and all the others up to 5 minutes.

  6. Alsor, the presentation of joint projects must be sent to the October 15, 2013 to Edin Kadic on email: e-kadic@medskolazd.hr. If the presentation can not send email or jumbo, please send them in a medium to address: Secondary Medical School Ante Kuzmanića Zadar (for E.Kadića), dr. Franje Tuđmana 24 G, 23000 Zadar, CROATIA.
    Project presentations at the Festival can last up
    to 15 minutes (for the portal can be longer). Projects that do not arrive by the due date will be displayed at the Festival, as well as projects already in progress. For this reason, once again please school coordinators whose mentors project managers to September 20, 2013. to submit a certificate of projects and co-workers who are in the implementation and that will be presented at this year's Festival in the mail zlatica.simunovic@skole.hr.
    Possible amendments to the joint projects or presentations school can send up to October, 25 2013  on email:
    zlatica.simunovic@skole.hr

  7. We remind coordinators and mentors project managers to double-check whether all realized exchange posted on the portal. If not, please send photos with text in English and Croatian language e-kadic@medskolazd.hr. Also, please list the school coordinators realized exchange in projects whose holders (project name, school exchanges, date) submit to the September 20, 2013 on email: natalija.snidaric@skole.hr

  8. Please project managers to take account of the presentation of students who exhibit. Presentation is a common list of students, the school from which they come, and their mentor is on the presentation. It is thus not necessary to represent all students and mentors in particular. We suggest that exposure to water several students.

  9. Once the portal to publish a list of planned workshops and sports activities, school coordinators will be able to October 15, along with the registration of participants for the Festival and accommodation, registration and interested students and mentors for individual leisure activities.

  10. In front of the main lecture halls will be available tables for posters and promotional materials to all participants who want it, and in the lecture hall stands for the promotion of projects.
    Note that nothing will be allowed to stick on the walls of the hall!!

  11. From September 23 school coordinators will be able to sign participants seventh Parade of the Hotel Terme Tuhelj and organizer. Applications Hotel Terme Tullamore will be carried out directly on line, via a web form, and the coordinators of the same list should be submitted via email to: e-kadic@medskolazd.hr. This list is indispensable for making accreditation.
    Please all coordinators and mentors to take account of the new environment in which we and the fact that we will not be the only guests of the hotel. It is particularly important to note for all sorts of activities that will be organized in free time.

  12. This year we plan to share pictures, and we will arrange a later date, depending on the donor time!

  13. A short meeting of all coordinators will be held on Friday, November 8, 2013 at 15:30 pm, just before the official start of the seventh Musters "On E-medica", with the aim that all coordinators, and through them the leaders, information on possible changes and details of the program of the Festival.
