Project Objectives: 
 
The objectives of the project are: Encouraging successful students to motivate and provide assistance to less successful students in mastering the teaching content using different motivational methods. Identifying the strongest sides of the less successful students. Encouraging less successful students to use their strongest sides in a new way more precisely to help them overcome learning difficulties. Raise the average rating for the weaker students. Establish communication between the participating project schools and student correlation and exchange of experiences.
 
Tasks: 
 

The project's tasks are:
1. Identify the strongest sides of the poorest successful students (survey, interview)
2. Identify teaching subjects that need help to master the curriculum (using e-journal as a data source, interview)
3. Show the use of the strongest side of the poorest successful learners when learning the lesson (eg making photos or videos as a learning resource)
4. Track student success for months (using e-journal as a data source)
5. Make an evaluation survey and perform it among the students, analyze the survey data and present the results.

Duration (phases):  Stage 1. Apply the project and agree on all partner schools about planned activities and assignment of tasks (June, September)
Stage 2. The work of the students of each partner school on their assignment (September, January)
Stage 3. Implementation of the project, pupil exchange (video conferencing or visiting schools participating in the project) (January, February)
Stage 4. Creating and conducting polls among students, analyzing survey data and presenting results (March, April)
 
Expected Results:  We expect the motivation and cooperation of successful students with less successful ones in mastering the teaching content that will result in raising the average rating.
Developing interest among students to apply this type of help and co-operation during schooling.

   The objectives of the project are to: encourage successful students to motivate and provide assistance to the less successful students in mastering the teaching content using different motivational methods. Encouraging less successful students to use their strongest sides in a new way more precisely to help them overcome learning difficulties. Raise the average rating for the weaker students. Establish communication between the participating project schools and student correlation and exchange of experiences.

   Project activities will be carried out with students of fifth graders (direction of general nurse/nursing technician) and are directed to:
1. Identify the strongest side of the poorest successful students (survey, interview)
2. Identify teaching subjects that need help to master the teaching material (using the e-journal as a source of data, an interview)
3. Show the use of the strongest part of the weaker learner when learning the lesson (eg making photos or videos as a learning resource)
4. Student success tracking by months (using e-journal as a source of data)
5. Evaluating evaluation survey and tracking between students, analyzing polled data and presenting results.

   The project implementation site would be the seat of the schools involved in the project. Project activities will be carried out through the following stages:
Stage 1, which implies project application and agreement between all partner schools on planned activities and task split (June, September)
Stage 2 is conceived as the work of a student's individual partner school on their assignment (September, January)
Stage 3 involves project implementation, student exchange (video conferencing or visiting schools participating in the project) (January, February)
Stage 4 includes the development and implementation of survey among students, analysis of survey data and presentation of results (March, April)

   The expected result is the motivation and cooperation of successful students with the less successful in mastering the teaching content that will result in raising the average rating. Developing interest among students to apply this type of help and co-operation during schooling.
