Synopsis of project "One Herb For Everyone And Nobody Have A Headache"  Synopsis of project "One Herb For Everyone And Nobody Have A Headache" Minimize

PROJECT GOAL
Faced with an epidemic of the disease on the one hand and the use of synthetic, artificial and harmful substances in everyday life in the prevention and treatment of the disease, and thus aggravation and deepening of the illness of man, we wanted to explore the nature surrounding and finding a cure for it.
At first, we are going to search for medicinal herbs into the forest. Each cooperative school will be exploring the nature of their region, and promote the natural landscape, taking photos and collecting herbarium of medicinal herbs. We will interview students on the recognition of herbs. We will further analyze phytochemical composition, indications, and contraindications for use collected medicinal herbs to prevent and treat disease. We will educate students, teachers, and parents about the use of herbs in the treatment of diseases in their associates' schools. This will give us basic guidelines on the types of herbs, the ways of their application in everyday life as well as the prevention or treatment of certain disease symptoms. During the project, we will also prepare leaflets to assist in the identification and selection of herbs for the prevention and treatment of diseases, which we will exhibit on school boards, the website of the school as well as on the E-medica days. All this to find a natural way of treating and promoting a healthy lifestyle. Nature has an answer we just must listen.

METHODS OF WORK:
The methods we will use during the project are of research and educational character.
We will explore herbs in our region and their application in treating the symptoms of the disease. Then, we will analyze the phytochemical composition of medicinal herbs, as well as indications and contraindications for their application. Associate schools will collect herbarium and compose flayers with information of medicinal plants in own region. We will educate students, teachers and their parents about the importance of recognizing medicinal herbs and their application in everyday life, all to prevent disease development and promote a healthy lifestyle.
