Synopsis of project "How Pets Positively Effect The Health On Humans"  Synopsis of project "How Pets Positively Effect The Health On Humans" Minimize

PROJECT GOAL:

Developing empathy, love for nature and animals in humans, improving general psycho-physical condition in patients with disabilities as well as other patients during healing. Educate people on how pets positively affect human health. There is scientific evidence that keeping pets positively influences and alleviates depression and stress. They affect social interaction, which means a lot to people who are lonely and feel bad. We must note that pets along with dogs and cats are: fish, turtles, hamsters and rabbits.
The idea of the project is to link veterinary and human medicine, encourage healthcare workers to educate patients on accepting pets as a help in healing and preventing disease. It is important to encourage students to collaborate and use team work in this way
.

PROJECT TASKS:
Investigate in a survey how pets are positively affecting human health and compare them to people who have no pets. Conduct research on which facilities use pets for therapeutic purposes. Encourage facilities like hospitals, schools, kindergardens and homes for the elderly to keep pets for their positive affect on health.
