Target Group:  
  
Secondary students, women and men 30-50 years of age.
Objectives of the project:  
 

   In Macedonia, few know that the marble mines, which are located in the mine Sivec near Prilep, has a similar corundum ruby. In other mines has sapphire, hematite and many other minerals. These gemstones can be used to maintain health, alternative treatment of other diseases and conditions in humans.
   Therefore, the aim of our project is to familiarize with semi-precious stones that can be found in our mines, and exploring their use in maintaining the health of individuals and the alternative treatment of some diseases and conditions of people.
 

Tasks:  
 
Each participant processed the same issue:
- Research semiprecious stones can be found in our country and around the
- The research literature on certain types of stones
- Studies which have chemical properties and physical and chemical characteristics of certain gemstones
- Their use in maintaining an individual's health and alternative treatment of some diseases

Expected Results:   
 
- Introduction and study of semiprecious stones that project participants can be found in their country
- Outreach to the benefits of semi-precious stones and needs popularize their usage, such as jewelery, as well as alternative medicine
- Incentives for Lifelong Learning
- The issue of health of the individual.
