Project Objectives: 

Acquiring new-healthy habits and lifestyle changes in order to improve flexibility and mobility of the spine conservation and reduction of risk of deformity.
 

Tasks: 
 

First Develop a questionnaire for students regarding eating habits, sports activities, use of leisure time and the selection of shoes, school bags-backpacks;
Second To analyze the survey and make graphs;
3rd To study the factors that affect the spinal deformity in teenagers;
4th Recommend healthy habits for prvilan development of the spine, early detection of deformities and their treatment;
5th Make a presentation in Power Point;
6th Develop appropriate flyer to promote the project;
7th Organize a small fashion show to promote proper body posture, walking, choosing shoes, school bags-backpacks and other accessories.

Expected Results: 
 
Acquiring new knowledge about anatomy, physiology, development and deformities of the spine in teenagers;
Discovering the factors that lead to deformity of the spine in young people;
Obtaining data on the habits of young people;
Changing habits and lifestyle in order to maintain a healthy spine;
Promoting healthy habits and positive lifestyle.
