Students exchange and work on two project in Secondary School Viktorovac, Sisak  Students exchange and work on two project in Secondary School Viktorovac, Sisak Minimize

Two student-exchange projects have been carried out
"Yoga or how not to burn out in the health care department" and
"The influence of music on the young – music as therapy"

On Friday December 8th, 2017 two student-exchanges were carried out as part of the E-medica project at Viktorovac High school. Participants of the „Yoga or how not to burn out in the health care department“ project were students of Čakovec High school and Bjelovar Medical school as well as their mentors while the participants of „The influence of music on the young – music as therapy“ came from Bjelovar High school.

After they had been properly introduced and shown around school the students took part at the yoga nidra class organized by our students. Visit to our school and Sisak ended at Padma yoga Center where the students did some ashtanga yoga.
The participants of „The influence of music on the young – music as therapy“ project also visited The Association of the Disabled People of Sisak and Moslavina County called "The Room of Miracles".

"We really liked this exchange, our hosts gave us a warm welcome and they did their best to fulfill our day in Sisak. It was fun and educational, but we liked our yoga class the most because it was our first contact with yoga and we would certainly like to take some more classes."

Anamaria i Matija, Medical School Bjelovar

"The host school was great and the atmosphere had been cosy and relaxing from the very beginning which made our project productive and successful. The students who took us sightseeing did a really good job. Yoga nidra class was extremely relaxing and it made a great overture to what was coming next, ashtanga yoga class. At the same time, it was really interesting and surprisingly hard. It was the first participation in this kind of a project for Magdalena and me and we would most definitely like to do it again."

Magdalena i Marta, Secondary School Čakovec
