Project Objectives: 
 
Present symbolically and concrete neaning teeth in comunication
To distinguish cultural differences in readiness to take up for them selves
Investigate the effect of healthy teeth self-assessment of qality communication and self-esteem of high school students
Use modern technology in finding and exchange of informations during the project.
 
Tasks
 

Explore the tooth symbol in communication of different cultures.
Create a self-assessment questionnaire, rescpect and social inclusion in relation to tooth health.
Analyze the results in relation to gender and age.
To argue the impact of the tooth to feel self-esteem and the level of social inclusion.
Arrange a common presentation name.
To present the project to the next edition E-medica.

Duration (phases):  May 2018 - planning and preparation for project
June - August 2018 - division of tasks, study source and literature
September - October 2018 - preparing asurveyleaflet, implementation research (first exchange)
November - December 2018 - data processing (second exchange)
January - February 2019 -preparation for presentation of project.
 
Expected Results: 

To improve communication skills.
Stimulate criticisn about personal responsibility for the level of self-esteem.
To present differences in self-expression and satisfaction with the communication of young people with regard to tooth health.
Use the results obtained in promoting health.
 

Risk Factors: Lack of resources, noncooperation participants.

    
Synopsis of project  "Squeeze Or Show Your Teeth"  Synopsis of project "Squeeze Or Show Your Teeth" Minimize

   The main objective of the project is to present the symbolic and concrete meaning of the tooth in communication with a particular focus on the high school population.
   We intend to explore the influence of healthy teeth on self-assessment of the quality of communication and self-esteem of high school students, the existence of cultural differences in readiness to take for themselves and real possibilities for improving communication with improved oral hygiene.

1th Project Phase
Arrangements on student selection, proposal of a draft plan, involvement of associates and filling in the application form.
Time: March 2018.

2nd Project Phase
Connecting students and project leaders to a virtual group for the purpose of exchanging ideas and ways of realizing the proposed implementation plan.
Suggestions for exploring sources of knowledge and setting time frames.
Time: April, May, June 2018.

3rd Project Phase
Definition of hypothesis, questionnaire preparation and implementation in schools participating in the project.Visit to dental surgeries, constant co-operation.
Time: September 2018.

4th Project Phase
It processes and analyzes research results in relation to age, gender, school. Test the hypothesis, draw conclusions, and exchange suggestions on how to present the project.
The first exchange of students
Time: October 2018.

5th Project Phase
Practice the way of presentations, develop group cohesion.
Proposals for the continuation of the project.
Second exchange of students
Time: December 2018.

6th Project Phase
Please respect the deadlines for submission of the presentation and accompanying documentation.Present the project to the 12th E-medica and agree to continue the cooperation.

First Students Exchange In Project "Squeeze Or Show Your Teeth"
(October 10th 2018)

 

    On October 10th 2018, Emma Balja and Anamarija Žitkovic accompanied by the magistrate Mirjana Kozina visited the Secondary School Dugo Selo as participants of the E-medica project "Squeeze Or Show Your Teeth".
   Since this was the first exchange we had to meet, but when we met, everything was simpler. With some new experiences we have done a lot of work and learned the digital polls.
   After work we had to reward for the work done so it was served with various juices and snacks.

    After the service we had a tour of the school and we noticed how cell phones were used in the cell phone and in this way we met the "life school" being implemented.
    With the acquaintance of the new people live, and what the video conferencing.
    I like is the exchange of hosts I have only words of praise.
